Our competitors often offer annual contracts in response to this need. These are, more often than not, expensive (some being as high as £40 per week for single lane system!) and in a lot of cases rarely, if ever, utilised. In practice, on-site service for hardware breakdowns is a rarity (modern day PC's and EPoS peripherals are far more reliable than their yesteryear counterparts). Imagine paying out, year upon year, for a service contract that is seldom used.
Instead, we offer a low cost call out fee, previously agreed with Members individually. We do charge for parts or replacement hardware components, (on products not covered by warranty), but as our comparison chart shows, this is still cost effective.
We consider our system is fairer and more cost effective. A simple case of economical mathematics.
