
One of the most difficult aspects of providing telephone support is that we are unable to 'see' your computer and it is sometimes not easy to guide a user, to let him know what action to perform next.
One of the ways of overcoming this is for us to connect directly to your computer, via modem, (using special software) and take control of your mouse and keyboard. If you wish you can watch us work!
It is almost as though, our engineer is sitting in your premises, working on your system.
You will need a fast modem installed in your computer and a copy of the remote software - both of which we can supply.
Remote access is available to Members only. The time our engineer spends working on your computer is charged by the minute - so if the job only takes 5 minutes - that's all you are charged !
