Every new EPoS system we sell comes with 30 days telephone
support as standard!
Support Members receive the following benefits
:
- Telephone hot line support manned by our experienced operators who are
fully trained in all aspects of our Software. Lines are open from 8 am to
8 pm, seven days a week.
- E-Mail support. We monitor our incoming mail frequently all day and will
respond to queries as soon as possible.
- We continually develop and improve our Software. Upgrades and additions
are distributed to Members, free of charge.
- Several times a year we mail news letters to Members keeping them informed
of developments or discussing topical issues. The "Hints & Tips"
section always proves popular and we've been known to include the odd retail
joke or two.
- Lastly, but by no means least, we like to stay in touch with our users.
Feedback is invaluable to us. We need to know what you like about the Software,
what you don't like and what features you would like to see added
